Nate Steele is the current Section Chief of Section C-4B, serving Arrowmen throughout Southeastern Ohio and West Virginia. Nate has been very active within Cub Scouting, Boy Scouting, and Venturing. In the Order of the Arrow, he has previously served two terms as the Lodge Chief of Netawatwees Lodge. He has also served on summer camp staff for four seasons, including one at the Summit Bechtel Reserve.
Nate believes that the best way to create a more unified section is to streamline communication.
He truly believes that it is only through better communication that the relationship between the various lodges within the section and the section itself can improve. He strives to face every potential challenge with optimism.
He knew that he could best serve the order by running for Section Chief because he recognized how vital the section is to the Lodge’s growth. Nate strives to provide the number one resource to the lodge. He has a passion for developing program so it becomes more efficient in assisting lodges.
Nate loves that the Order of the Arrow is nothing short of a fantastic organization that offers a perfect environment for networking. He is extremely excited to meet and work with others in the section. Nate realizes there is nothing quite like sitting down and sharing stories with fellow brothers.
The Central Region Communications Team would like to thank Nate for taking the time to talk with us regarding his Section Chief experience. We wish Nate all the best in leading Section C-4B into a new century of service!
