Mighty Leader is published Quarterly by the CR Communications Committee and is the official publication of the Central Region Order of the Arrow (accept no substitutes!).
Please take some time to enjoy the newsletter yourself, as well as pass this along to your Council of Chiefs and OA Contact Lists. The Central Region Newsletter is another great resource that we can produce and really lead by example for our Lodge, Chapter, and Unit Leaders.

As you might read at the bottom of every page of the newsletter, we here at the Mighty Leader believe that the news that leads is those who lead.
However it takes leaders to find that news in the first place. The newsletter is looking to find Arrowmen from all around the Central Region who can
contribute material. Specifically, we are looking for photographers, writers, copy editors, and layout editors. We will also accept photos that you
may have taken or articles that you may have written for your lodge or section.
The Mighty Leader is always looking for new ideas and resources to improve this newsletter. For the next issue, you can submit content by e-mail to
