American Indian Activities
One half of the training will be dedicated to American Indian Activities. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about dance styles, singing/drumming, outfits, and crafts in various training cells. Not only that, but there will be craft workshops where Arrowmen can make a craft to take home with them to be a part of their new dance outfit, or maybe just as an event souvenir.
On both Friday and Saturday night, there will be a powwow where dancers, whether they are starting just this weekend or are veteran powwow attendees, will get the chance to show their stuff. There will even be a dance competition for Traditional, Grass, Straight, Chicken, and Fancy dancers to help prepare for the contest at NOAC 2015.
